I wanted to write this letter to express my thanks to all of you for the incredible care you’ve taken of my son for the last five years. It seems like it was yesterday that I dropped Ryder off to you the day after his first birthday for his first day of preschool. He couldn’t even walk! I was terrified and hysterical. But since that day, I have never worried once when I knew he was in your care.
I am still surprised at how each and every teacher in your school knew Ryder and had a personal relationship with him, whether they were teaching in his class or not. Each staff member was always helpful, respectful and pleasant. Your school is bright, happy and filled with total caring and love for children.
I know as a nervous, first mother I have called TLC to check in on my son constantly. I never once got a negative reaction from anyone. We have gone through some very hard times in our family and TLC was always there to support Ryder and myself through those difficult times. They say it takes a village to raise a child and for me, a single mother without much family, I could not be more appreciative to all of you at TLC for being part of my village in caring for Ryder.
I could not have been happier with our time at TLC. It’s very hard to leave such a warm, caring environment for my child. If only preschool could last forever! Thank you for preparing Ryder and ME for the next chapter in his schooling.

I just wanted to share with you something that happened yesterday. When I picked Kasey up from school she looked at me very serious and told me: Mommy you know, in the kitchen, under the sink there is a big bottle. But you should not drink it. It’s dangerous. If something happen you have to lay down, be quiet and call 911, yes mommy call 911, the fireman will come and help. LOL, I asked Miss Erika and she told me that yesterday they taught them about 911. It was so funny specially to see her little face, so serious lol. I’m so proud of her for remembering and learning something that important and I also want to thank you and her teachers for teaching her that. That’s why I feel so glad for having found TLC and have made it my little treasure’s second home. Thank you so much!”

They bring home new songs, great art projects and information re: what they learned everyday. The teachers are all very involved with the children. I have NEVER heard a teach raise her voice.
